Before considering a return or a refund, our first line of action is to see if we can fix the product or rectify the problem you are having. It is your duty to let us know if you are unsatisfied with the product or have a problem with our service. Kindly contact us on email@example.com to report any problem you are having with the product. Once we are notified, we will let you know within 24 hours how we can make things right.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and be qualified for a return.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
No return is guaranteed. If we decide an item is not in its original condition or with missing packaging or accessories. If we have full discretion to reject such returns.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on our decision after inspecting the item.
Our first line of action once your return is approved is to offer an exchange. Where an exchange is impossible for reasons such as unavailability of the product, we will issue a credit transfer. A credit transfer gives you the ability to purchase another product of the same amount from us.
Alternatively, where an exchange is impossible, you can request a refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a 14 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We will replace ANY damaged product no questions asked as long as the damage or fault as long as you notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. To notify us of such damage or fault. After 24 hours of receiving the items, we shall not be held liable for any damage or fault thereafter.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item to us in the event of a damage or fault, or other reasons which might require you to return the product/item to us after purchase. Any shipping costs we charge during the purchase of the product/item from us are non-refundable.
We provide a warranty period of 1-5 years on products purchased on our website. The warranty period for each product differ and we suggest you confirm the warranty period for the product you have purchased. The warranty period begins from when the product is delivered to you until the duration specified on our website or your receipt of payment.
All warranty repair requests must be notified to us within the warranty period. You can notify us of any issues during the warranty period by sending an email to email@example.com. Once we receive your email, we will inspect the product and then notify you if the damage or fault is covered under our warranty policy. If the damage or fault is covered under our warranty, we will either repair or replace the product. This is totally at our discretion.
We reserve the right to reject/refuse any claim for warranty where we have reasonable course to believe the fault or damage was due to no fault of us or malfunction of ours.
